performance of KCS’ database, Apricot 360. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of database architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize database performance. The role also includes supervising programmatic projects and activities, developing, implementing, and managing specific programs, preparing program guidelines, and evaluating program implementation and data of individuals and teams. Here at KCS, you will have an exciting opportunity as a top-level Administrative
Assistant to work with our President, the CEO. You will report to and provide full and diversified support to the President such as handling incoming requests, heavy calendar management, acting as a gatekeeper with calls and meetings, preparing correspondence to internal and external communications, and generating daily and weekly reports. The Workforce Senior Program Coordinator will help plan, develop, and implement various aspects of the KCS Workforce Program in its mission to serve the community. The Senior Program Coordinator will ensure that all of the Workforce Program’s operations run smoothly and efficiently while minimizing inefficiencies in
services. He/she will also ensure that all operations and projects proceed according to set goals and regulations, including achieving annual performance measures set forth by funders and grant organizations. Preference will be given to those who have a background in grant writing or are interested in grant research/writing.
