Collaborative Impact
Our Public Health and Research Center (PHRC) and Mental Health teams took part in the NYCCARE New Grantees event at 55 Water Street in Manhattan. This significant gathering brought together various grantees to discuss and share innovative methods for improving community health services. It provided a valuable chance for our teams to engage in meaningful conversations that encourage collaboration and pave the way for future improvements in health services.

The event also gave our teams the opportunity to connect with influential leaders in the healthcare field, such as Dr. Jonathan Jiménez Pérez, Executive Director of NYC Care, and Janine-Marie Rafio, Assistant Director of Community Affairs at NYC Health + Hospitals. Their inspiring efforts and commitment to enhancing public health added depth to the discussions and emphasized the crucial role of leadership in health advocacy.
