NYC Small Business Funders Collective

KCS has partnered with AAF (the Asian American Federation) and KAFSC (Korean American Family Service Center) through the NYC SBFC grant to explore how to assist small business owners to establish an online presence so they can participate in the digital marketplace and highlight their offerings to new customers. This work will include helping restaurants set up accounts with delivery services; creating a digital footprint for businesses, and, in general, empowering immigrant small business owners to create and manage their online presence. We aim to increase digital literacy among Asian business owners, focusing specifically on Queens. To do this, we are offering accessible online seminars and culturally competent curriculums.
